Parking & public transport
Street parking is available along Riversdale Road and the surrounding side streets. Tram stops sit a short walk from the clinic entrance, on the Riversdale Road route through Hawthorn East.

Before you visit
Booking policy.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. These simple policies keep the clinic running smoothly for every client.
New clients
Your first visit includes a comprehensive consent and assessment. Please arrive 10 minutes early; returning clients, 5 minutes before your appointment.
Rescheduling & cancellation
We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, by phone on 0402 779 955. Late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the treatment value.
Missed appointments
No-shows are charged at 100% of the scheduled treatment value. For pre-paid treatments, one session from your package is forfeited.
Running late?
If you're more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to perform your service, and it will be treated as a no-show with the relevant fee.
A quiet clinic
To protect the calm of the treatment rooms, we ask that mobile phones are switched to silent, and children under 16 do not accompany appointments.
Treatments & packages
Payments for treatments and packages are non-refundable for change of mind and are not transferable. We always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
