About the treatment
Liftera HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is our premier non-surgical lifting treatment and the most advanced HIFU technology available. Developed by Korean medi-aesthetic leaders Asterasys, Liftera uses focused ultrasound energy to target the deep structural layers of the skin — including the SMAS layer 3–4.5mm below the surface, the same layer surgically addressed during a traditional facelift.
What makes Liftera distinct from older HIFU machines is its exclusive Thermal Diffusion Treatment™ (TDT) technology, which focuses ultrasound energy at 10Hz speed, delivering precise, even heat into collagen fibres. More effective results, significantly less discomfort.
The dual-applicator system — a LINE applicator for broad, flat areas like cheeks and forehead, and a PEN applicator for curved, narrow areas like the jawline, nasolabial folds and under-eyes — allows a fully customised treatment that covers every contour of the face.

Does it hurt?
Liftera's TDT technology is significantly more comfortable than traditional HIFU. Most clients describe a warm, intermittent tingling sensation deep beneath the skin.
When will I see results?
A subtle lift is often visible immediately after one session. Full collagen remodelling develops over 3–6 months.
How long do results last?
Typically 1–2 years. We recommend annual maintenance to sustain the effect.
Is there any downtime?
None. You can return to work, exercise and makeup the same day.
