About the treatment
The 1550nm and 1927nm fibre laser wavelengths deliver fractional energy beneath an intact skin surface, stimulating deep collagen renewal while the outer layer stays unbroken. That means real resurfacing results with only a day or two of redness.
The 1550nm wavelength is the workhorse for texture, scarring and pores; the 1927nm is tuned for pigment and surface clarity. Together they allow us to treat tone and texture in a single, well-tolerated session — including on darker skin tones that don't suit ablative resurfacing.
What it treats
- Uneven texture
- Enlarged pores
- Melasma-prone pigment
- Sun damage
- Fine lines
- Acne scarring (mild–moderate)

Questions
Everything you might ask.
Is it painful?
Most clients describe warmth and a prickling sensation; the skin is numbed beforehand for comfort.
How is it different to Er:YAG?
Er:YAG removes the surface (ablative, more downtime, deeper correction). Fibre laser keeps the surface intact — gentler, safer for more skin tones, with cumulative results.
