About the treatment
Fractional laser resurfacing delivers columns of laser energy deep into the dermis while leaving the surrounding tissue intact. Each micro-beam removes damaged tissue and ignites an intense healing response, producing new collagen and dramatically smoother, firmer skin.
It is the workhorse of genuine skin remodelling — the treatment we reach for when acne scarring, deep lines or sun-damaged texture need more than needling or peels can deliver.
What it treats
- Acne scarring
- Deep lines & wrinkles
- Sun-damaged texture
- Enlarged pores
- Surgical scars
- Skin laxity
How it works
The process, step by step.
- 01
Prepare
Skin is prepped, numbed and mapped; settings are matched to your depth of correction.
- 02
Beam
Micro-columns of laser energy treat a fraction of the skin at a time, sparing healthy tissue.
- 03
Remodel
Collagen rebuilds over 2–3 months, progressively smoothing and firming the skin.

Questions
Everything you might ask.
How does it differ from RF microneedling?
Fractional laser treats from the surface down using light; RF microneedling treats from within using heat. For many scars we combine or sequence both.
Is it safe for darker skin tones?
It depends on the wavelength and settings. Your practitioner will confirm suitability at your skin analysis.
When will I see results?
Improvement begins as swelling settles, with the main remodelling benefit visible over the following 2–3 months.
